Hi, We are Corey and Lori.  Thank you so much for choosing to read our letter and learn more about us.  We are thrilled to think that we may be the family that you are looking for…especially with Lori able to leave her job to be a stay at home mother. We understand that this is an incredibly difficult decision for you and we admire and respect your courage.  We hope that you will be able to get to know us and become more comfortable with how we can provide a wonderful home for your child by reading this.

We look forward to welcoming you into our life, developing an open relationship that will keep you updated about your child’s progress.  We believe in the open adoption experience, and are sincere about having you involved in the child’s life.  We do not want a future filled with questions for you, us or the child.   We will encourage open communication, visits, emails, texts and photos.  When you entrust your child to us, you will become part of our family as well, and we welcome you and our relationship.
