From riding an elephant in Thailand to finding a vegetarian soul food restaurant on the south side of Chicago, our life together has been filled with adventure. What we want most is to share this sense of adventure—our love of laughter and learning—with a child. When we imagined our future, we looked around and saw a multicultural community, and we decided we wanted to become a multicultural family by adopting an African-American child.
