How to Refer a Client or Patient
 
   

The Cradle is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a dedicated hotline set up to answer any questions or requests from birthparents, hospital staff or anyone interested in referring a client. Simply call 1-800-272-3534 (1-800-CRADLE 4) and someone will assist you.

Remember, At The Cradle:

  • Your client or patient will never be pressured into choosing adoption. We inform and counsel clients about how adoption may look for them and respect whatever decision they choose, whether that is to follow through on an adoption plan or parent their child.

  • Counseling will be made convenient to the expectant or new parent considering adoption. Their Cradle counselor will come to meet them whenever and wherever is best for them.

  • All birthparent services are free of charge.

  • Expectant or new parents can choose and meet the family they would like to raise their child and may plan for an open adoption relationship if they choose.

  • Newborns may spend time in our on-site nursery while planning and decisions are being made. Parents can visit as often as they like while the baby stays in a neutral, professionally-staffed environment.
