The Cradle Cares program provides humanitarian assistance to orphanages in Russia. With the support of generous Cradle Cares donors, we have funded more than $20,000 in direct relief projects to make life better and safer for babies and children living in Russian orphanages. Some children are living in orphanages until they can be placed with adoptive families, but others may not be eligible for adoption, and will live their lives in the orphanages that are often woefully under-funded and reliant on outside support.

In Russia, a little goes a long way…

$25 can provide warm clothing for 5 children living in an orphanage

$100 can purchase a new infant crib

$500 can purchase nine space heaters to help keep an orphanage warm for the winter

$1,000 can help renovate an orphanage kitchen and dining area to meet sanitation and health standards
