The Cradle Today
The Cradle's Evanston office, as it stands today.

The Cradle sign at the corner of Ridge and Simpson in Evanston.

Our beautiful courtyard visited by Cradle Baby Kate and her dad.
An extended family: birthparents and adoptive parents, on The Cradle's front stairs.
The Reception area.
The Cradle's living room. Cradle staff often meet here to wish new adoptive families well on their way home.

Leah, a Cradle Counselor sits in the living room talking with a birth mom
One of The Cradle's family rooms. Match meetings take place in this room, as well as many parents visiting their babies while they are being cared for in the nursery.
New adoptive parents speak with a counselor in another of The Cradle's family rooms.

Babies in the nursery have round the clock care by licensed nurses and "Cradle Cuddler" volunteers. One parent commented that while her son was in the nursery he was not only well cared for, he was truly "loved by the people in the nursery.
