The Cradle supports those seeking guidance and care, from expectant parents considering their options to families growing through adoption and those participating in our home visiting programs. This year, we strengthened and broadened our services to walk alongside even more children and families with the support they need at every step.

Community Support
In a year defined by opportunity and transformation, our community of supporters stepped forward to meet the moment. In FY25, we raised $2.17 million to sustain and strengthen The Cradle’s services for children and families. With 63% of revenue unrestricted, this support provided the critical flexibility to respond in real time – ensuring stability while advancing our work to meet evolving needs.
Individual giving remains a cornerstone of our funding, representing 65% of total revenue. Fifty-eight percent of gifts were $100 or less, underscoring the power of collective giving. We are proud to maintain a 67% donor retention rate – a reflection of deep trust and enduring commitment of those who stand alongside us year after year.
Together, these contributions do more than sustain operations – they allow us to show up for families with the care, support, and resources they need, when it matters most. Thank you for meeting this moment with us.
